By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.2. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

- Attempt to access or interfere with our systems or other users’ data.3. App Features and User Content
The App allows you to create notes, which are processed locally on your device by our AI to extract key details, build a user profile displayed within the App, and assist with chat functionalities.User Content: You retain full ownership of the notes you create, including all intellectual property rights. Your notes are stored locally on your device in a format accessible to you, and we do not access, store, or share your notes or any derived profile data. Your ability to use the App to view, edit, or manage your notes is subject to the revocable license granted in Section 2. If the license is revoked, you may lose access to the App’s features, but your ownership of the notes and ability to access them outside the App remain unaffected.AI Features: The AI-generated profiles and chat assistance are provided “as is” for your personal use. We may update or modify these features without notice.
You are responsible for the content of your notes and must ensure they comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on third-party rights.4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:- Use the App to create, store, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate the App’s AI or other features.
- Use the App in a way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.5. Intellectual Property
The App, design, and content (excluding your notes), is owned by Red Development Industries and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our permission.6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that the AI features (e.g., profiles or chat assistance) will be accurate or meet your expectations.8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Development Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, AI inaccuracies, or device malfunctions. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App.9. Governing Law

The App allows you to create notes and send chat prompts, which are processed locally on your device by our AI to extract key details, build a user profile displayed within the App, and assist with chat functionalities.
- Data Processed: The App processes the text content of your notes, chat memory and derived data (e.g., preferences or interests) to create your profile and enhance chat features.
- No Storage or Transmission: We do not collect, store, or transmit your notes or derived profile data to our servers or any third parties. All processing occurs on your device, and data is used only temporarily in memory to provide the App’s features.
- AI Disclosure: Your data is not used to train or improve ChatGPT's AI models. The model itself has no built in server-side memory of your notes or chats. All note and chat data is stored locally and fed locally to AI as needed. Users can delete and prevent all note and chat data collection at any time in-app.- Other Data: The App may collect anonymous, non-personal data (e.g., crash reports or usage statistics) if you enable optional analytics features.2. Purpose of Processing
We process your notes, chat memory and derived data solely to:
- Create a user profile visible within the App.
- Provide AI-assisted chat features.
This processing is necessary for the App’s core functionality.3. Data Sharing
We do not share your notes, profile data, or any personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to protect our rights.4. Data Security
